忠誠是義務——屬執法問題，不是政治辯論

The most fundamental challenge for any system is ensuring its “survival.” Consequently, the primary duty of its members is “loyalty.”
To prevent military personnel from pledging allegiance to the enemy, the Ministry of National Defense plans to amend the Criminal Code of the Armed Forces to impose penalties for such acts. Even the China-friendly Kuomintang (KMT) appears uncertain about how to respond to this self-evident necessity. However, Kinmen legislator Chen Yu-chen (KMT) remarked:
"Trump meets with Xi Jinping. According to our definition, Xi is the leader of the People’s Republic of China, which the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) currently considers an enemy. But Xi also meets with Trump, and now our Lai Ching-te is following Trump’s words. This is actually concerning."
The Ministry of National Defense is addressing military law and its enforcement, yet Chen Yu-chen conflated it with diplomacy and politics, blurring two entirely unrelated matters—an approach that grossly misleads the public. Her remarks and actions are, in fact, acts of disloyalty—undermining the very system itself.
Let’s closely watch who opposes the amendment to penalize disloyalty—and how they justify it.

國防部說的是〈陸海空軍刑法〉，屬於「法律與執法議題」，陳玉珍卻將之混淆到屬於外交折衝的「政治領域」去，完全不相干的觀念，將兩者混為一談，真的很誤導人民。她的言論與行為，甚至於是在對體制進行破壞—執行對體制不忠誠的行為。
