The Su-Au bridge collapsed on October 1, 2019, and the reconstruction was completed on December 18, 2022.  The reconstruction cost three years and more.  It is quick, very quick.
However, as far as I am told: it is because the reconstruction design of the Balanced Cantilever Rahmen PC Bridge was the CECI's original proposal for the tender -- CECI did not win the tender then.
So the three-year reconstruction period is reasonable if no new design is needed.
