As countries around the world struggle to handle the coronavirus
pandemic, Taiwan stands out as a relative success story... so far. Since April,
only one locally transmitted case has been reported. There have been only seven deaths — in the
entire country.
There are a lot of reasons why Taiwan has been able to keep its infection
and death rates so low. For one, it's an
island. Also, it's dealt with a
respiratory virus epidemic before.
But Taiwan has also been taking a relatively experimental approach to the
pandemic with technology. Like working
with civic hackers to code its way out of the pandemic. Today on the show, we dive into Taiwan's
pandemic policies and ask: Would the U.S. ever take a similar approach?

天網就是遍部全台的手機基地台
回覆刪除所以陳時鐘記者會特別交代：「提醒外出參加活動手機要帶，記得保持開機。」
感染者或應隔離者 若想自由自在全台趴趴走，只要關機，政府就難以得知行蹤。

刪除智慧手機將電池內建，拿不出來，根本關機無用啦。
記得 Christopher Nolan 的黑暗騎士三部曲的《黑暗騎士》
其中，女主角被劫持。蝙蝠俠為了找到人，啟用的終極武器：手機上內建的掃描功能。
全部打開，這個城市的一切有人（手機）存在空間，就被掃描。
於是就找到女主角。
但，這是潘朵拉的盒子，一種介於善良與邪惡間的工具。
沒有把握之前，不要隨便動用。
記得電影提及「忠僕阿福」很不情願的動用一次之後，變將設備毀掉。
這就是「價值」的掙扎。
但，實務上，盒子在被設計出來的時候，就已經被打開了。
啟用，只是一個儀式而已。
毀掉，也只是讓自己的「價值感」好過一點而已。
Christopher Nolan實在是非常好的導演。
