異想香港：北京小偷變搶匪
11月12日，香港黑警攻入中文大學，發射多達2356顆催淚彈、布袋彈等。出面的港籍校董則被黑警痛毆，連達成的協議也被港府瞬間翻盤。
On November 12, when the "Black Cops" of Hong Kong intruded the
campus of the Chinese Hong Kong University (CHKU) and fired up to 2356 rounds
of Tear Gas among others. A Board member
was beaten up by the "Black Cops" when he tried to negotiate the
situation and to protect the students.
Even the agreement they reached, the promise was torn by the authority
promptly.
如此超越「治安必要性」的暴行世所罕見—港警不再是人民保母，而是如流氓國家軍隊入侵敵國般的蹂躪報復。
Since June, the serial cruel moves of the "Black Cops" are rare
and beyond the "necessity of public safety." The Hong Kong Policemen are no longer the
protectors of the Hong Kong citizens but like troops of the rogue nation who invade
the enemy's territory and ravage the armless civilians.
據說黑警發射的催淚彈來自中國，且檢驗後含有致癌物質，如戴奧辛。亦即，在場學生與動物，甚至於這段期間香港街頭行人或商家店員，都可能在一段時間後罹患各種癌症。
The tear gases fired by the “Black Cops” are from China, contain matter
more toxic than the average, including Dioxins, which can cause cancer. The students, demonstrators and the citizens,
even animals around the site may have various kinds of cancer a short time
later.
根據2005年〈化學武器公約〉[1]：「締約國承諾在任何情況下決不：使用化學武器」（1.1.b）；「締約國承諾不把控暴劑用作戰爭手段。」（1.5條）；至於「有毒化學品」是指：「通過其對生命過程的化學作用而能夠對人類或動物造成死亡、暫時失能或永久傷害的任何化學品。」（2.2條）；「控暴劑」是指：「未列於一附表中、可在人體內迅快產生感覺刺激或失能生理效應而此種刺激或效應，在停止接觸後不久即消失的任何化學品。」（2.7條）
According to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development,
Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction of
2005 that "Each State Party undertakes not to use riot control agents as a
method of warfare"(Art. 1.1.b); and,
"Each State Party undertakes not to use riot control agents as a
method of warfare"(Art. 1.5); and,
"Toxic Chemical" means Any chemical which through its chemical
action on life processes can cause death, temporary incapacitation or permanent
harm to humans or animals. This includes all such chemicals, regardless of
their origin or of their method of production, and regardless of whether they
are produced in facilities, in munitions or elsewhere"(Art. 2.2); and,
“Riot Control
Agent” means Any chemical not listed in a Schedule, which can produce rapidly
in humans sensory irritation or disabling physical effects which disappear
within a short time following termination of exposure."(Art. 2.7).
此次，香港黑警逾越「治安必要性」，使用致癌物質鎮壓群眾，無異對人民使用化武。特首與一干人等除違反〈化學武器公約〉外，更觸犯「反人道罪」，國際刑事法庭必須追訴到底！
Today, the Hong Kong "Black Cops" using chemicals that might
cause cancer to suppress the demonstrations is equal to use chemical weapons
against armless civilians. Carrie Lam,
the administrator of Hong Kong and her high-rank officers are not only
violating the Convention but also in breach of the "anti-human
crime," which is a universal crime under the jurisdiction of the
International Criminal Court.
另一方面，北京深知網路資訊可幫助極權控制，故堅持蘋果等公司，將社群媒體資訊備份於中國。傳言，因香港網路實體設備中心設在中文大學，故黑警強攻意在控制網路。一部份人雖認為網路服務不會停止，但不停止反更令世界不安—港府得以治安為由，在網路中心裝設監控機器側錄，將包括社群軟體、高科技文件、金融個資等源源不絕送去北京。
There is one thing to worry about. Beijing is using internet information
and high-tech to become a totalitarian rule.
It insisted Big companies, such as Apple, to establish data centers
copying and sharing precious information created in Chinese soil.
The backbone of Hong Kong internet was on the campus of CHKU. The "Black Cops" intended to take
control of the data to intrude CHKU at all the costs. Some do not think that the service will not
be terminated; however, it is much disturbing the service does not
terminate. The Government of Hong Kong
has the power and opportunity to redirect or share the internet flow to the
server aside, all the data including social media, high-tech documents, private
financial data can be sent to Beijing less than a second.
Beijing has done this for times.
"China Telecom has been implicated in similar incidents before. For
about 18 minutes in April 2010, roughly 15 percent of the world’s internet
traffic suddenly traversed through Chinese servers. This included traffic flowing
to and from U.S. government and military websites, including NASA. Commercial
sites for companies such as Dell and Microsoft were similarly affected,"
and "For more than two hours on June 4th, 2019, the 30th Commemorate Day
of Tienanmen Square Massacre, one of China’s largest internet providers forced
a huge chunk of European mobile traffic to be rerouted through its own
servers."
若盜取如軍工大廠、台積電等內部機密文件，等於輕鬆搶到最新科技。又因香港為金融中心，各種資訊都匯集此處，更嚴重的會是，北京一旦掌握外國政要、要人之私德或秘帳資料，即便是歷史資料，也得以此為要脅，令當權者政策大轉彎、政權垮台，或使在野者狂咬執政當局造成社會不穩定。這就是全球民主政治最大的危機。
Besides the theft of high-tech data from the western companies, the most
disturbing point is that Beijing might have the chance to dig out the secret
data of foreign elites, moral or financial, and to threaten them to alter the
policy, or to crash the government if the elites do not want to Kow-tow, once
it takes control of the backbone in Hong Kong.
This is the real, clear and present crisis of global democracy.
