Luo Ying-shay, Minister of Justice, is leading an administrative investigation group aiming at the illegal wire-tapping on the Legislative Yuan by her subordinate the Special Investigation Division. 

Facing the questionings by legislators, Luo replied that she had learned nothing about the contents or the progress. 

As the Minister, she is certainly and legitimately aware of the details, even if she is supposed not to leak.  She should have been more honest and provided basic information on the progress.

Meanwhile, MYJ instructed the chiefs of three major public security divisions, the Police, the National Security Bureau and the Investigation Bureau, to attend National Security Meeting at the Presidential Hall, which is rare.

Though the gathering might be for the security issue of the upcoming National Day ceremony, most observers, who are closely watching this, wonder if MYJ attempts to facilitate the collusion in the case of illegal wire-tapping.  People’s distrust of MYJ is apparent.

〔本報訊〕監聽案風暴未平息，民進黨團總召柯建銘今天質詢法務部長羅瑩雪時爆料，總統馬英九下午召開的國家安全會議，將把平常不參與會議的調查局長王福林找進總統府，事先進行串供。

　柯建銘上午赴立院質詢，將炮火對準羅瑩雪，不斷逼問法務部監聽調查小組進度，羅瑩雪只稱，她尊重調查委員，不清楚進度和調查內容。

　柯建銘不滿調查小組組成成員，質疑這些成員中沒有電信專家，無法瞭解監聽案中的技術性問題，他接著爆料，馬英九今天下午就會找國安局局長蔡得勝、警政署署長王卓鈞、王福林等人進行串供，繼續隱瞞事實，即使法務部監聽國會的調查結果出爐，也是等著「掛掉！」

　據悉，國安會議每周一定期召開，這次除了國安局，連平常不參與會議的調查局都涉入其中，讓其他立委擔心，監聽風波恐被大事化小。
