柯文哲：「不可預測」 Unpredictable, KO admitted

Describing Ko as 'unpredictable' is not a new revelation. Ko himself has admitted to this trait. In a news report by Taipei Times “Unpredictability makes me difficult to deal with: Ko” on July 30, 2017, “Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) yesterday said that he is unpredictable and therefore difficult to deal with, when responding to speculation about whether he would run for president next year.”
