對於訪中的前總統馬英九昨日在南京中山陵題字僅寫下紀元「百十二」，迴避了民國兩字，行政院副院長鄭文燦今（29)日出席「第一屆ESG物流永續獎」頒獎典禮受訪表示「我想作為前總統，自然有義務要幫國家來加分」。

蔡英文政府擬在警政署底下成立保八總隊，專責電廠、油庫、水庫、機場等國家重要基礎設施防護工作。對此，鄭文燦說，關鍵基礎設施的防護，必須要提升等級，包括人員、場域、設備，也包括水電、通訊跟網路，整體提升計畫都在討論跟進行中，具體事項會等拍版以後再跟大家說明。
