薛瑞元：不排除查永齡基金會

The Yo-Ling Healthcare Foundation, together with the TSMC Charity Foundation and the Tzu Chi Foundation donated 15 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in 2021 when Taiwan Government could not get qualified vaccines sufficient for 23 million people.  Taiwanese sees the long postponement to procure qualified vaccines without justifiable reason as hindered by the protégés of the government. 
People here in Taiwan believed that the government was reluctant to acquire the qualified major vaccines till the last minute because the Medigen vaccines could not supply a sufficient amount. 
Seeing the people of the neighboring countries had vaccines, the Taiwanese became anxious and angry.
The donation of vaccines resolved the shortage and eased the panic among the Taiwanese.  However, the government lost its face, because it bragged about how an excellent job it has done in terms of the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The weird is the foundations dare not to mention the charity, not even a word, afterward.  The Minister of Health and Welfare (MHW) claims to audition the account of the Yo-Ling Healthcare Foundation.  People see it as a reflection of the DPP's disadvantage in the election.
The political judgment of the ruling DPP protégés must be ill to allow the government, mainly the MHW, bites the hand that feeds it.
That is morally ungrateful.

鑑於2021年永齡健康基金會，與台積電慈善基金會、慈濟基金會，共同捐贈1500萬劑BNT疫苗給衛福部，解除台灣社會無疫苗的焦慮與恐慌。當時政府被認為阻撓民間捐贈。2022年選舉時，衛福部部長宣稱要查帳永齡基金會？此舉將被認為為贏得選舉不惜撕裂社會，同時也很難過這個社會倫理的道德關卡，更是會被認為是DPP對2021年捐贈BNT疫苗的秋後算帳。DPP的政治判斷很有問題。

高虹安男友年薪600萬超越政治獻金 薛瑞元：不排除查永齡基金會    聯合 20221110

民眾黨籍新竹市長候選人高虹安的助理男友李忠庭，日前遭爆2年捐60萬給民眾黨，8日又被網紅四叉貓公布內部吹哨者檢舉，指李忠庭任職公費助理期間，還在永齡基金會兼職，年薪高達600萬，超過給高虹安的政治獻金。衛福部長薛瑞元表示，衛生財團法人運作，我們都會定期查核，若有特殊情形下，不排除再做審查。

四叉貓日前在臉書爆料，李忠庭雖然在高虹安任職立委期間，在其辦公室擔任公費助理，但實際上卻還在永齡基金會任職，且幾乎沒有進出立委辦公室，也沒有做相關工作。此外，李忠庭在永齡的每月薪資高達50萬、年薪就要600萬，薪資水平遠高於永齡其他員工，而李忠庭在永齡期間，也沒有從事健康、文教等公益事業，懷疑其薪水都變成高虹安的政治獻金。

四叉貓提出吹哨者內容質疑，高虹安與李忠庭「金錢往來密切」，連辦公室的資金也交由李忠庭管轄。衛福部作為主管機關是否會進一步調查？薛瑞元說，衛福部定期都會查核衛生財團法人單位，若有特殊情形下，不排除做審查。
