President Zelensky suspends the power of the chief persecutor and the spy agency for their relationship with Russia.  Zelensky said: "It is about the transfer of secret information to the enemy and other facts of co-operation with the Russian special services."  The case will be under investigation.
Ukraine and Russia, besides Belarus, have close relations in their thousand-year-long history.  The people are sure to have the puzzle of mixing up their cultural identity with political identity. 
It is a terrible situation, especially during times of war when the supreme prosecutor's office and the national security department have close relations with the enemy.
Now we have to look back to Taiwan: does the government and the high-ranking officers, not the people, in Taiwan have close relations with Beijing?  Few think of this probability with the mass propaganda of the ruling party.

烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基十七日宣布將檢察總長維涅迪克托瓦與安全局局長巴卡諾夫停職，原因是兩人的部會有多名官員與俄國勾結。這是俄羅斯二月入侵烏克蘭以來，烏國政府最大的人事地震。

澤倫斯基表示，大批烏克蘭執法官員涉嫌叛國，因此他決定將維涅迪克托瓦和巴卡諾夫停職，聽候調查。

澤倫斯基表示，正在調查烏克蘭安全官員涉嫌叛國、夥同俄羅斯侵害國家利益的六百五十多起案件，其中六十例的涉案官員仍在俄羅斯占領區「與我們國家作對」。他表示：「如此大量侵犯國家安全基礎的罪行，以及烏克蘭執法官員與俄羅斯情報機關之間建立的聯繫，對相關領導人帶來非常嚴重的問題。」

先前傳出這兩名官員已被開除，但烏克蘭總統辦公室副主任斯米爾諾夫說，兩人是被停職，最終去留將在內部調查後，由澤倫斯基決定。

四十七歲的安全局長巴卡諾夫人事案特別受矚目。ＢＢＣ報導，巴卡諾夫是澤倫斯基從小熟識的老友，原本是電視製作人，二○一九年因操盤選戰讓澤倫斯基當選，被任命執掌安全局，當時反對黨就質疑巴卡諾夫根本不夠資格主持國安事務。

過去幾周，烏克蘭媒體多次報導澤倫斯基有意撤換巴卡諾夫，認為巴卡洛夫未能善盡職責阻止俄國二月入侵烏克蘭。

烏克蘭國內危機發生之際，歐盟十八日準備討論加強對俄羅斯制裁，歐盟外長正考慮禁止從俄購買黃金，並將更多俄羅斯人列入歐盟禁止入境黑名單。歐盟執行委員會主席范德賴恩說：「莫斯科必須繼續為其侵略行為付出高昂代價。」

在此同時，烏克蘭指控俄軍對烏克蘭東部和南部多個住宅區發動新攻擊。澤倫斯基說，截至十七日，俄軍已向烏克蘭發射三千多枚巡弋飛彈。
