WIKISOURCE聲稱〈舊金山和約〉中文翻譯來自雲程，其中文編輯卻偷偷刪改翻譯細節，誤導讀者的歷史認知。居心可議！

As far as I am aware, there have been Chinese translations of the Treaty of Peace with Japan, known as the San Francisco Peace Treaty (SFPT), for a long time in the ROC government and Beijing for reference.
However, there had been none in circulation for access from the public for a long time.
The first Chinese translation of the Treat of Peace with Japan on the net might be HoonTing’s work put out around 2005.
Wikisource adopted HoonTing’s work for the public benefit soon after with the remark that the work is free to access for the public because the author claimed to renounce the copyright.
The treaty text is something fixed.
However, the Chinese editors of the Wikisource later deliberately deleted critical phrases and forged the terms in HoonTing’s translation without early noticing, as if the revisions have already been there by the author.
The deletion and remaking will mislead readers' cognitions of related history.
Article three of SFPT indicates that Japan recognizes the ultimate status of the U.S. in the Okinawa military occupation after the end of the Pacific War.  It stipulates that the U.S. resumes “as the sole administering authority,” and holds "the right to exercise all and any powers of administration, legislation, and jurisdiction over the territory and inhabitants of these islands, including their territorial waters” of Okinawa.
HoongTing’s work precisely translated SFPT at the beginning, yet the Chinese editors of Wikisource deleted and remade it arbitrarily as if there was no role for the U.S. in the Pacific War, and especially denying the contribution of the U.S.
Wikipedia and related web pages are considered the most popular and trustworthy knowledge base in the world.  The Chinese editor deliberately deleting and remaking any of the contents is tantamount to following Beijing’s strategic goal of cognitive warfare: not letting people know the true history.
 Does Wikisource know it? Does it accept those surreptitious moves and alter our cognition of the world?  The answer is hanging in the air.

〈舊金山和約〉的中文版，台灣（可能包括中國）官方有中文內部參考版，但不在外流通。最早（2005？）在網路上公開與流通的，可能是雲程翻譯的版本，Wikisource採用雲程版本，並加註本「本作品在全世界都属于公有领域，因为著作权所有者如此释出。」
條約文字屬不會更動的文件，近日卻發覺在細微處被Wikisource的中文編輯擅自刪除與更改了，意思不一樣了。被更改（刪除）細微處影響很大，會導致對歷史認知錯誤。
因此稱擅自刪除與更改的中文編輯無恥。以下是證據：
