頓內次克將審判烏軍 俄羅斯取消從軍年紀

Russia claimed that the newly independent Donetsk People's Republic is going to establish an international court over the members of the Special Operations Detachment "Azov", known as the Azov Regiment, a local armed force of Ukraine.  The Azov Regiment derived from mercenaries and local force against Russia in 2008 when the latter invaded the Eastern Ukraine, Donbas.
It becomes an established force in Ukraine in 2014.
Is it legitimate for Russia, as an invader, to punish mercenary individuals?  If so, the subject of the action must be before the establishment of the Azov Regiment, not after.
On 21 February 2022, Russia recognized Donetsk and Luhansk as independent states. The Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) are self-proclaimed states in Eastern Ukraine.
Russia’s move signifies that the DPR and the LPR are the puppet states of Russia, which violates the laws of war.
That is another question to be answered.
Another issue in the news report is that Russia removes the upper limit of the enlist age.  There are three interpretations:
1. The Russian population is not large enough for a bigger war;
2. There are too many Russians who flew abroad;
3. The Russian younger generations resist the authority of the Kremlin.
 The third possibility indicates that the Russian government is losing its control, which also shows the dissolution of the commanding chain: the Kremlin has no authority to command, for it provides not have enough soldiers needed.

在亞速鋼鐵廠淪陷後，烏克蘭戰略要地馬里烏波爾已落入俄軍掌控，俄方宣稱當地已經淨空，還表示自行從烏東宣布獨立的「頓內次克共和國」將設立國際法庭，審判亞速鋼鐵廠的烏國戰士。而烏東依舊砲聲隆隆，俄軍昨天朝札波羅熱發射4枚飛彈，波及民宅和商場，造成至少1死3傷。

俄軍狂轟猛炸，宣稱馬里烏波爾歷經三個月戰鬥，現在地雷已經淨空、港口恢復運作。

東北部的哈爾科夫州也砲聲隆隆，記者訪問到一半趕緊逃命。

哈爾科夫州居民說，「不敢跟俄軍四目相交...應該躲進地下室嗎？」

俄方聲稱炸掉了烏克蘭札波羅熱一間直升機引擎製造廠，但是實地走訪，民宅、商店慘遭殃。

札波羅熱居民說，「當時我先生還在被窩裡，我不敢相信自已的眼睛竟會發生這種事，看到我先生被碎玻璃給埋住玻璃碎片。」

烏軍表示，俄軍在清晨5點多發射4枚巡弋飛彈，1枚被擊落、1枚打中購物中心，還有2枚落在住宅大樓。

俄烏戰爭超過3個月，平民死傷慘重、俄國大兵枉死異鄉，但在俄國總統普丁口中，俄軍都是英雄。

俄羅斯國會還新通過法律，取消民眾從軍的年齡上限，顯示俄國可能還要為這場戰爭投入更多兵力。另外，俄國外交部也表示，自行宣告脫離烏克蘭獨立的「頓內次克人民共和國」將設立國際法庭，來審判被俘的亞速鋼鐵廠戰士。

俄外交部發言人沙卡洛娃說，「該獨立法庭的章程正在研擬中，我方歡迎此動作。」

至於停擺的烏俄談判會不會重啟，烏國外長再度指控，烏方沒有預設任何條件，都是俄國不願坐下好好談。
