Where do the 1.26 million doses vaccines came from?

The CECC, Center of Epidemic Control Command, claims that Taiwan has received Covid-19 vaccines of some 610K AZ and 650K moderna from COVAX. However, consulting the official web pages of COVAX, we do not see any record of Taiwan or Chinese Taipei, either in the region of southeast Asia or the West Pacific. 
Moreover, there is no China, which receives the vaccines, suggesting Taiwan does not list in the item of China.
Also, there is a COVAX sign pasted on the container of the vaccines from COVAX. But we did not see any sign of COVAX on the container that Taiwan received.
