In the first press conference, President Biden expressed that he is not going to define the steep competition as Capitalism versus Communism.  Instead, he set it as a battle between democracy and autocracy.
To strengthen the idea, he further raised the consequences of the fourth industrial revolution from AI and Quantum computing, etc.
Biden was portraying a large picture of the future if he knew what he was talking about.
