With a valorous attitude, Wuhan authorities claimed to perform general tests of Covid-19 over its inhabitants making sure of the exact infection numbers.  The tests, however, were suspended without any cause. 

The authority anticipated the infection rate to be around 5-6%, while some Netizens predicted reaching up to 10% or more. 

What Beijing will do if the result comes out to be 10%.

That is the fatal point of “Experience of the Feng-Chiao” that originated in the Cultural Revolution--the local governments’ job is to follow the order, while the central government is to punish.  

As one country, Beijing has to help, instead to punish the local governments and the people to control the epidemic.

新冠肺炎去年底開始從中國武漢蔓延全球，至今仍真相不明，中國當局要求武漢市展開為期10天的「普篩」，來尋找所有的確診患者或是無症狀感染者。原定13日開始，民眾卻收到通知，檢測將因種種理由擇日再辦。

根據新唐人電視台報導，武漢當局11日發通知，表示13日要在武漢市進行為期10日的全市核酸篩檢及血清抗體檢測，來確認1100萬市民的健康狀況。但從15日開始，當地民眾就陸續接到通知，檢測將延後，時間另行通知。

延後的原因未知，但一個微信聊天記錄截圖顯示，武漢湯山村以「醫護人員穿防護服採樣有中暑現象」為由，暫時取消核酸檢測。也有網友在推特上爆料，武鋼總醫院檢測的樣本中有高達10%抗體反應呈陽性，遠遠高於《財新網》12日報導中粗估的5%～6%。
