It seems to me that more and more evidence pointed out that the 2019 n-Coronavirus is the Bio-weapon of PLA.
How much should CCP have to pay due to these illegal moves?

Risks behind the Wuhan Coronavirus

The outbreak of the Wuhan coronavirus has accelerated in the past few days.  However, we need to take a closer look at the root of this pandemic and explore the reasons why the Chinese government took unusual measures in managing this public health crisis.

According to a clinical research report published in The Lancet on January 24th, 2020, the first case was found on December 1st, 2019.  It is also evidenced by Google Trend that two unusual surges of searching keywords of pneumonia and Wuhan around December 3rd and between December 28th to 30th respectively, indicating that long before Beijing notified the WTO on December 31st, the Chinese authorities had concealed outbreak from the public for at least one month.  Even the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (PLAC) of the Communist Party of China (CCP) publicly scolded such concealment.

The epicenter of this coronavirus infection, according to the official report of China, is Huanan Seafood Market of Wuhan city.  Nevertheless, if no bat, a possible host of the virus, was sold there, how could it transmit the infection?  The Lancet revealed that three of the first four cases never visited the market, which means there were multiple origins of this outbreak.  Dr. Kristian Andersen, an evolutionary biologist at the Scripps Research Institute, also published on the Science Magazine and inferred that the “most recent common ancestor”—i.e. a common source—occurred as early as October 1st, 2019.  Therefore, the question is: from where did the three people get infected?

After the SARS crisis, Beijing has continuously studied the virus.  In 2008, Chao-Ming Tsai, Taiwan’s former Director-General of National Security Bureau, responded to the inquiry in the Congress that SARS is a bio-weapon of China.

Between 2017 and 2019, Beijing kept boasting the achievements of Dr. Zhengli Shi, the Principal Investigator and the Emerging Virus Group Leader of Wuhan Institute of Virology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, who had collected virus samples of SARS from a specific bat in the caves of Kunming, China.  They said that Dr. Shi and her team have mapped the gene and made vaccines for reserve.  Is that so?

The CCP declared that China had publicized all gene maps of the virus on January 8th of 2020 and soon produced the primer for rapid tests.  But twice Beijing offered the WHO the gene maps and twice the maps were false.  At the third time when Beijing delivered the correct gene maps, the U.S. discovered that they are the same ones with the CoVs from Zhoushan bat that had been publicized by the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) years earlier.  Why did the CCP forged the gene maps?

Now, more facts emerged:

·       According to Radio France International (RFI), Wuhan’s Level-4 (P4) Laboratory was designed by France.  Yet, China replaced the civil engineering contractor from RTV, a French architecture company, with IPPR, a PLA-related company. It is believed that China has stealthily duplicated another 5 to 7 laboratories.
·       In 2019, a Chinese Virologist Xiangguo Qiu working for Canada’s level-4 lab and her husband Keding Cheng were arrested for smuggling the virus to China.  They had recruited many Chinese students who were intelligence agents from the PLA’s bio-weapon programs.
·       In January of 2020, another two Chinese researchers—Yanqing Ye from Boston University and Zaosong Zheng from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center—were arrested for stealing bio samples and techniques and violating the Intellectual Property Law.  Yeh has been identified as a lieutenant of the PLA.

Why did China have to steal virus samples and duplicate level-4 labs if she is now wealthy enough to buy almost anything?  A reasonable interpretation is to develop and produce aggressive bio-weapons and to avoid her obligation of being monitored under the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction (the Chemical Weapons Convention or CWC), in which China has been a signatory party since 1984.  The Great Game India thus published an article “Rise Of China's Biological Warfare Program” on January 20th to detail PLA’s bio-weapon development.

The fact that the CCP is always prone to concealing its bad behaviors is deeply rooted in its nature— “One-Party Autocracy.”  The CCP can do no wrong, or it would not be able to preserve its political legitimacy.  The CCP has to pretend that it is almighty and always morally superior while suppressing the freedom of speech or dragging its feet about whether to confront the reality.  In other societies, the outbreak of any epidemic would lead to immediate quarantine or emergency measures.  The CCP, on the contrary, links any epidemic to its bad governance so that it dedicates itself to covering the outbreak at all cost, without considering human lives.  This is the CCP’s real nature.

The concealment of the epidemic information inside China will counteract the effectiveness of the inference models and the early warning system within the state.  If Beijing fails to control this epidemic because she tries to hide the truth, the neighboring countries and the whole world would consequently submit to the threat of this disease.

This pandemic is just like the trick depicted in a Chinese folktale, “The White Snake.”  The snake spirit tosses poison into wells to boost her husband’s sales of antidotes.  What Chinese president Xi is confronting today, such as the trade war with the U.S., the Hong Kong protest, the relocation of one million more Uyghurs to the Re-Education Camps in Xinjiang, and suppressing the religions, is a parallel situation that the snake spirit’s husband faces.

Beijing’s new threat to Taiwan since April 2019—“Keeping the island, not the people”—should have urged us to mull over more possibilities than her claims of the nuclear attack and the forcible migration of millions of Taiwanese people to Xinjiang.  The spread of bio-weapons can achieve her purpose of conquering Taiwan.

It is time for Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific like-minded partners to counteract China’s “Asymmetric Warfare,” or, in the PLA’s term, the “Unrestricted Warfare.”
