韓國政府的行為模式，就是賺取額外利益，一種急功近利。

Korean government tends to make extra political profits, which originating from its short-sighted mentality.

It begins at low domestic support of the President.

Instead of revising his policy, the Korean Presidents manipulated nationalism, especially stirring up the anti-Japan mood. Ignoring the treaty obligation of 1965, in which stipulated that all the compensations and reparations between Japan and Korea are to be final, the government agitated Koreans by NGO movements and judicial decisions of comfort women and the forced labors not mentioning that it happened during the days that Korea was a part of Japan.

When Japan responded by adjusting Korea’s trading status from the White List to the Black List, Korean government further threatened to terminate GSOMIA, General Security of Military Information Agreement, meaning that the U.S. has to mediate the mess which was made by Korean President and his government.

The whole things originated from the low support rate, but the Korean government does things other than amending the policies.

Yes, manipulating nationalism always works and even cheaper.  But Koreans are not aware of the fact that Japan has entered into Reiwa Era.

先是為了內政支持率低，操弄反日民族主義，然後不顧條約義務，加碼司法判決。當日本以戰略原料回復一般待遇反應（或制裁）時，韓國則不惜破威脅壞美韓同盟（日韓的間接同盟，情報保護協定等），要美國來救。

整體根源就在不正視「內政支持率低」原因並加以改善的東拉西扯。

政治上，操作民族主義「比較便宜」。但他們沒注意到，現在日本已經進入令和時代了。

日本與南韓發生貿易爭端之際，南韓一名高階官員今天表示，首爾當局正探尋所有選項，包括終止秘密軍事情報保護協定，但仍希望與日本有一段冷靜期。

路透社報導，日本昨天把南韓排除在適用貿易優惠的「白色名單」國家外，促使首爾當局發出警告，南韓不會再被鄰國日本擊敗，導致兩國貿易爭端升溫。

這名南韓官員指出，南韓可能考慮終止秘密軍事情報保護協定（GSOMIA）作為反制措施，這個想法是昨天在泰國曼谷與美國、日本舉行三方外交部長會議時所提出的。

GSOMIA促進日本、南韓與華府的三方情報蒐集，對於首爾和東京處理北韓核武和飛彈威脅至關重要。

日韓在2016年簽署的這項情報共享協定，雖然每年會自動延長，但只要在當年8月24日前通知對方，就能終止協定。

這名南韓官員在曼谷舉行的東南亞國家協會（ASEAN）峰會場邊告訴記者：「GSOMIA在三方安全合作扮演相當重要一環。」

他還說：「我們已明確表達自身立場，我們處在所有選項都能搬上檯面的情況。」
