Change of Command PACOM and PAFLT

U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) and U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) held a joint change of command ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, May 27.  During the dual ceremony, Adm. Scott H. Swift relieved Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr. as the PACFLT commander and Harris assumed command of PACOM from Adm. Samuel J. Locklear III.
