北京心思亂：既反對又寄望ASEAN

Beijing blasted soon after ASEAN foreign ministers expressed concern about the tension caused by Chinese rig HD 981 drilling oil in Vietnam’s EEZ.

The spokesperson of Chinese foreign ministry remarked that it is a matter between China and Vietnam, nothing to do with ASEAN, and added that China opposed any single nation to sabotage the friendship between China and ASEAN.

Beijing seems to have forgotten that it is the SAEAN, not any other single nation, which concerns China’s unilateral and provocative move in the waters of disputed Paracel Islands.

Inside the Forbidden City there must be something unknown to the outside world, which accounts for their illogical remarks.    revised at 2030

問：5月10日，在緬甸舉行的東盟外長會就南海問題發表了聲明，請問中方對此有何評論？

　　答：南海問題不是中國與東盟之間的問題。中方一貫反對個別國家圖謀利用南海問題破壞中國—東盟友好合作大局。中方願與東盟國家一道，繼續全面有效落實《南海各方行為宣言》，共同維護本地區和平與穩定。中方也希望有關東盟國家切實尊重和落實好《南海各方行為宣言》，為維護南海和平穩定和海上安全做出積極貢獻。
