RESTORATION OF THE LAWFUL RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA IN THE UNITED NATIONS

The General Assembly,  聯合國大會

Having censidered the item entitled "Restoration of the lawful rights of the People’s Republic of China in the United Nations",  經審議〈恢復中華人民共和國在聯合國的合法權利〉的項目後，

Considering the urgent need for participation of the People’s Republic of China in the work of the United Nations, in a spirit of universality,  考慮中華人民共和國迫切需要基於普世精神參與聯合國的工作，

Invites the People's Republic of China to arrange to be represented in the General Assembly and the different organs of the United Nations by duly accredited representatives, who shall occupy China's seat in these different organs, including the permanent seat of China in the Security Council now occupied by the representatives of the Republic of China.  邀請中華人民共和國安排適當授權之代表出席聯合國大會及各機構，並擔任中國在各機構中的席位，包括目前由中華民國代表佔據之安全理事會常任理事國席位。
