Their actions, beyond seeking scandals, likely aim to establish patterns of behavior, precisely predict the movements and locations of these figures in the event of a Beijing invasion. In other words, Huang and his associates are executing the PLA’s Military-Civil Fusion (MCF) espionage, and Beijing's decapitation strategy against Taiwan in Beijing’s interests.
And that is a critical issue of Taiwan’s national security and loyalty.
