日本3架民航機昨天受到沖繩縣那霸機場天候不佳等因素影響，被迫在中午轉降美軍嘉手納基地，直到晚間8時左右才抵達那霸機場，有乘客從出發起算被迫待在機上約11小時30分。

日本琉球放送（RBC）報導，從乘客拍攝的客艙內影像，可以看到落地美軍嘉手納基地後花了很長時間加油，當時雖然也在檢討將食物及飲水搬運上機，不過，客艙空服員透過廣播表示，「因為美軍基地屬於『國外』，相關手續也有難度」。

這3架航機分別從東京及福岡起飛，不巧碰上先降落那霸機場的航機掉落零件導致跑道關閉及天候不佳，一度在上空盤旋等待落地。

那霸機場辦公室表示，日本民航機若降落嘉手納基地，即使在燃油補給及跟美軍進行的手續方面一切順利，也需要花費約4小時才能完成，而這次3架航機分別在上午11時30分到12時降落嘉手納基地，到離開總計花了約6小時到7小時。

不同於轉降其他日本國內機場，乘客可以下機到機場休息室等處等待，降落在美軍基地原則都得待在機上。

沖繩時報報導，這3架航機分別是日本航空（Japan Airlines）907號班機、全日空（All Nippon Airways）467號班機及日本越洋航空（Japan Transocean Air）53號班機。那霸機場昨天至少有46個起降航班被迫改變目的地或誤點。

而轉降嘉手納基地的這3架航機，直到昨天晚間6時30分到8時過後才分別抵達那霸機場，乘客下機後都盡顯疲態。

33歲乘客表示，雖然機組人員昨天下午1時左右表示「負責加油的作業人員很快就會到場」，但相關作業卻遲未展開，客艙內氣氛顯得有些不耐煩。

40歲乘客說，不知道在美軍基地內加油要花這麼長的時間，「（客艙內）太擁擠了很不舒服」。
