不久前解放軍飛機與軍艦的攔截美國機艦，是一種北京發洩情緒，與爭取對談機會的「革命外交」技巧。北京與平壤，都樂此不疲。

外交部今天上午表示，美國在台協會（AIT）主席羅森柏格（Laura Rosenberger）於今（5）日至10日訪台，將拜會我國政府高層及相關部會，就台美關係各項議題交換意見。

羅森柏格3月20日接任AIT主席，緊接著於4月首度以AIT主席身分訪台。當時曾晉見蔡總統及賴副總統，拜會政府各部會高層首長，並出席台灣美國商會「謝年飯」活動。

另蔡總統本年「民主夥伴共榮之旅」過境紐約及洛杉磯期間，羅森柏格主席均親自迎送並全程陪同，展現拜登政府對我國元首過境的禮遇與重視。

對於羅森柏格主席再度來訪，外交部今發布新聞稿表示誠摯歡迎，並期盼雙方在現有堅實穩固基礎上，持續穩健深化台美各個領域的合作夥伴關係。
