不要議會監督？那只能是「一黨專政」了！ Only one-party-state has no separation of powers

During a forum with entrepreneurs today, Terry Gou, an entrepreneur striving for the KMT's presidential candidacy, stated, "If I am elected president, I will definitely nominate entrepreneurs to elect the mayor of Kaohsiung City. I aim to treat the government as an enterprise, with our own supervision only, and prioritize efficiency, results, and returns."
Terry Gou's fatal mistake lies not only in his approach to the electoral process but also in his political positions.
Modern democracy, established on modern constitutions, rests on the principle of the separation of powers to safeguard human rights. This principle necessitates the existence of three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. Even if the Communist Party aims to undermine this principle, it would not openly reject the legislative branch. Instead, it would use the "dictatorship of the Communist Party" as an indirect pretext.
Furthermore, being president does not require being party chairman. Gou's statement that he will nominate entrepreneurs to elect the mayor of Kaohsiung is an attempt to subvert the traditional Kuomintang system with another one, which could potentially substitute our democracy with a socialist system.
The purpose of Gou's proposition is unclear and can only be described as incredible.

在爭取國民黨總統候選人資格的企業家郭台銘，今天在與企業家座談會中說出：如果我當選(總統)，我一定提名你們出來選高雄市長，以及「希望把政府當企業經營一樣，不要議會監督，我們自己監督，講求的是效率、成果、回報」。
他犯了致命的錯誤，假使不是在選舉過程的錯誤，也會是政治立場上的錯誤。
現代的民主，以近代憲法為基礎的民主，是奠基於保護人權從而實施權力分立的原則，至少要有立法、行政、司法三個部門。連共產黨要破壞權力分立原則，也不敢公開明講不要立法部門，只間接的以「共產黨專政」作為幌子。
而當總統不一定身兼黨主席，郭台銘卻說自己當選總統卻要提名企業家出來選舉高雄市長。顯然是要以另一套系統顛覆傳統國民黨的體制。
郭台銘的主張，不知目的為何？只能說相當不可思議！

鴻海集團創辦人郭台銘力爭國民黨內2024總統提名，今(1日)於高雄林皇宮舉辦台灣領袖講座，他強調要以CEO態度治國，這是開風氣之先河，希望在座企業家參選一起翻轉高雄，並且把政府當企業經營，不要議會監督、自己來監督。

郭台銘今日下午在高雄舉辦商業界座談會，提到CEO治國理念，他表示，是希望開風氣之先河，在台中也有幾個人告訴他，「郭董，我也要去選」，有人要選台中市長，有人要去選市議員，將來就不是CEO治國，而是企業家治國。

郭台銘接著說，高雄市長為什麼一定要是政治家？他向台下企業家喊話：「為什麼各位不能出來選高雄市長？如果我當選(總統)，我一定提名你們出來選高雄市長，一起翻轉高雄！」

郭台銘表示，今天上午聽了幾位國民黨高雄市議員的建議，有些人打算參選立委，就有人提到，高雄港曾是世界第四大貨櫃港，後來被大陸、荷蘭、日本、美國等貨櫃運輸港超車，但是現在高雄港機會又來了，印尼、印度的崛起，高雄港是最好的轉運港，所以他會推亞洲轉運中心、亞洲金融中心，並納入「新十大建設」重新規劃發展藍圖。

郭台銘說，他要以CEO治國，但如果高雄市長不是出身企業，「我會很寂寞耶！不能校長兼撞鐘」，大家放希望在他身上，他寄望於各位，政府對納稅人的錢沒有照顧，他希望把政府當企業經營一樣，「不要議會監督，我們自己監督」，講求的是效率、成果、回報，呼籲台下支持者「自己的故鄉，一起來救」。
