The President
signed Executive Order On the Recognition of
the Kherson Region.
In accordance with the generally recognised principles and norms of international
law, recognising and reaffirming the principle of
equal rights and self-determination of peoples enshrined in the Charter of
the United Nations, and taking into account the will
of the people of the Kherson Region expressed in the referendum held on September
27, 2022, I hereby resolve:
1. To recognise
the state sovereignty and independence
of the Kherson Region.
2. This Executive
Order shall enter into force on the date of its signing.

the Zaporozhye Region.
In accordance with the generally recognised principles
and norms of international law, recognising and reaffirming the principle of equal
