The cadres of the ruling DPP, who insisted their supporters should veto the nuclear power plant referendum by crossing the arms in the platform, not by logical persuasion, are close to the clowns.
 Nuclear power technology had a great leap since the 1970s, despite the incident of the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant, based on the technology in the 1950s, occurred.
Although the anti-nuclear movement absorbs the energy from the nuclear incidents; however, things become different compared to other clear and present dangers, with no mention of the development of new technology.
The DPP cadres are clowns in this concern, not being aware of the change in the environment.  They stop learning; they are true fundamentalists.

日本閒置核電廠擬重啟，「令人振奮的消息」 IEA：天然氣緊俏市況可望舒緩    工商時報 2022082

日本政府計畫重啟核電受到國際能源署（IEA）的歡迎，一名主管聲稱這項決定是「令人振奮的消息」，將有助舒緩天然氣供需吃緊的市況。

日本首相岸田文雄24日宣布，日本將重啟閒置核電廠，並將研究開發新一代反應爐的可行性，這也呼應他曾在5月所提，將拉高核能發電比重的政策。

由於俄烏戰爭爆發，導致全球能源市場的不確定性升高，迫使全球能源進口大國的日本，目前正尋求如何降低對能源進口的依賴。

IEA能源市場和安全辦公室主管貞森惠祐（KEISUKE SADAMORI）接受媒體訪問時，對於日本能源政策轉變，給予正面的態度。他說無論就能源供應安全抑是減緩氣候變遷等層面來看，這都是非常好與令人振奮的消息。

他又說，自2011年福島核災事故發生後，日本一直使用大量化石燃料來填補核電缺口。

貞森惠祐解釋，全球化石燃料市場、特別是天然氣市場，現在正高度吃緊，當中又以歐洲市場尤其嚴重。日本決定重啟核電，將有助向全球市場釋出大量液化天然氣 （LNG）。

曾在2011年擔任日本前首相行政助理的貞森惠祐，在問到日本政府新建核電廠的時間表時，認為可能還要很長時間。

他說從岸田首相的聲明可看出日本對於新世代核電廠，包括小型模塊化反應爐（SMRS）的重視，不過這些基本上仍處於發展階段。他強調日本現今更重要的應是重啟閒置核反應爐與延長使用年限。

不過他也提到，日本民眾對於核電安全依舊有所顧慮，然而面臨緊俏的能源供應與日本吃緊的電力市場，民眾情緒已多少有所改變。
