【縛雞之論】
根據波蘭外交部長於當地3月8日所發出的聲明表示，波蘭已準備好「立刻和無償地」將其MIG-29交付至美軍位於德國境內之拉姆施泰因空軍基地 (Ramstein Air Base)，並「任美國政府運用」。
同時，波蘭方面要求美國政府提供擁有「相應能力」之二手飛機予波方作為替換，並指出波蘭已具備「立即從美國購買二手飛機」之條件。
波蘭並呼籲擁有米格的北約成員國，也效法如此做。

Poland in connection with the statement by the US Secretary of State on providing
airplanes to Ukraine Polish Government

The authorities
of the Republic of Poland, after consultations between the President and the Government,
are ready to deploy – immediately and free of charge
– all their MIG-29 jets to the Ramstein Air Base
and place them at the disposal of the Government
of the United States of America.
At the same time,
Poland requests the United States to provide us with used
aircraft with corresponding operational capabilities. Poland is ready to immediately establish the conditions of
purchase of the planes.
The Polish Government
also requests other NATO Allies – owners of MIG-29 jets
– to act in the same vein.
