蔡總統的「鄰國」 neighbors，用的是複數

【縛雞之見】
在蔡總統的演說中，鄰國用的是「複數」neighbors，指涉的是日、韓、越、菲等，當然也可以包括中國。

KMT掌握議題的能力，實在差到難以挽回的程度。台灣獨自發展與中國無關的議題，是台灣主流意見，玩選舉政治的人，根本不能逆。顯見國民黨內部，真的有統派（而且可能是紅的）。再說一次，國民黨理解政治議題的能力，令人搖頭！！

President Tsai expressed hope that Taiwan will maintain a peaceful, stable, and mutually beneficial coexistence with its neighbors while resolutely defending democracy and our way of life.
與鄰國在和平、穩定且互惠的原則下共存

And our effort doesn't end here. Taiwan is also fully committed to collaborating with its neighbors to prevent armed conflict in the Taiwan Strait and the East and South China Seas.
我們也致力與鄰國合作，防止臺灣海峽、東海及南海爆發軍事衝突。

While we don't seek military confrontation, and hope for peaceful, stable and beneficial existence with our neighbors, we will always defend our democracy and way of life.
我們不走向軍事對抗，盼與鄰國在和平、穩定、且互惠的原則下共存，並堅持捍衛我們的民主和生活方式。
