The moving pattern in the video is
pretty much like persons with roller skate shoes.
However, electricity-driven vehicles are impossible to do the same.
The conventional internal combustion engine is not going to meet those flexible
needs due to its nature: a combination of one large engine to transform fuel
into power, and a single transmission system.
On the contrary, electricity-driven vehicles, with multiple independent power
units, may achieve almost all motions people can even imagine.
This is what conventional vehicles cannot.
