川普中招，憲政危機

【縛雞之見】

The U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted that he got Covid-19 along with his wife Melania Trump, at 12:45 pm on October 2nd, 2020.  Some conspiracy theories prevail.

No matter how it happened, it has become a fact now.

How this incident impacts the U.S. and the Presidential Campaign 2020?

1.   How does the election go on?

2.   Does the result counts, or not?

3.  The American society will face further diversified.

4.  How could the election be amended?  The U.S. has no article like the assassination clause in Taiwan’s presidential campaign law.

5.  What if Joe Biden gets it in a couple of days?

6.  How the U.S. Constitution process be revised?

7.  How China responds and reacts to this impact?

The U.S. Federal government will continue as usual; nevertheless, what if any party misjudges that the U.S. will fall fail and does something unusual?  It will be a genuine risk.

這樣會撕裂美國，一定會有陰謀論。但，川普中招已經是事實：

1.  選舉如何繼續？  2.  選舉算不算？  3.  美國社會撕裂如何彌補？  4.  選舉程序本身如何彌補？（台灣有暗殺條款）  5.  假使過兩天，拜登也中招？  6.  美國憲政如何修補？  7.  中國如何自處與反應？

美國聯邦運作，不會發生危機。但危機是，若有任一方認為「美國國政運作，會發生危機」，從而採取冒進行為，才是真正的危機？
