If Chairperson Tsai warned her colleagues with the words of Baron Acton “Power tends to
corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely,”(全面執政必腐化) how come Tsai’s naming of the
members of the Control Yuan so controversial?
If Tsai vowed to revoke the Control Yuan and the Examine Yuan, how come
she insisted the Congress passes the name list before DPP’s National Committee?
If Tsai warned with Baron Acton’s warning, why she drafted peculiar
budgets for 1.2 trillion NTD, a historically high level in just four years,
ignoring many of them have no contents or plans?
It is not your colleagues who are corrupting. It must include Tsai and her surroundings
that can exercise absolute power.
