If some NATO HQ service persons infected, then we can imagine how serious the situation would be in the PLA?

This report reminds us that the command of the NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is now the SHAPE, the Supreme Headquarters Allied powers Europe.

This is how the webpage describing the Commander of the SHAPE:

“One of the two strategic commanders for NATO and the commanding officer of Allied Command Operations (ACO).  The current SACEUR is General Tod D. Wolters.  The SACEUR is responsible to NATO's Military Committee, the highest military authority in NATO, for the overall direction and conduct of military operations for NATO.  SACEUR, a United States Flag or General officer, leads all NATO military operations and is dual-hatted as Commander US European Command.  His command is exercised from the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) at Casteau, Mons, Belgium.”

It seems to me that the United States Air Force four-star general Tod Wolters, the incumbent commander of the U.S. European Command, SHAPE, SACEUR and NATO, is wearing four hats.  Just as General Abe Abrams the Commander of the United Nations Command, the Combined Forces Command, and of United States Forces Korea (UNC/CFC/USFK).

北大西洋公約組織（NATO）透露，NATO在比利時的軍事總部通報了3起武漢肺炎確診病例，病患是一名平民僱員及其兩名家屬。感染者與意大利疫情有關。

據中央社今天報道說，新冠肺炎疫情發燒，北約總部確診3起。NATO在比利時的軍事總部的這名染病僱員日前曾赴歐洲疫情嚴重的意大利。

新冠肺炎在全球奪走超過3000條人命，大部分死亡案例在中國境內。

但據北約說，這名僱員和家屬從意大利回來後，並未造訪位於比利時南部蒙斯（Mons）的歐洲盟軍最高指揮部（SHAPE）。北約在聲明中表示：「在範圍廣闊的歐洲盟軍最高指揮部社區中，出現3起武漢肺炎確診病例。」

聲明中說：「確診病例是國外旅行後『進口』到比利時，病患回國後並沒有進入歐洲盟軍最高指揮部。」

在醫院檢查後，3名病患已經回家隔離，據說他們的病情並不嚴重。

歐洲盟軍最高指揮部是北約軍事指揮官美國上將沃特斯（Tod Wolters）辦公所在地，歐洲盟軍最高指揮部整個「社區」約有5000人，包括軍職人員、平民僱員及家屬。

該報道說，為了預防新冠肺炎，歐洲盟軍最高指揮部官員旅行受到限制，有些會議改為電話或視訊會議舉行，不必親身與會。
