It is apparently a rude and rule-breaking move for
a foreign leader who names a specific one in the sending country to be diplomatic
personnel to the host country. That move
might declare this very personnel named a political death.
Yet Trump did it.
It also shows that Trump may keep ignoring the rules
and establishments throughout his office.
