宣傳做得很好，實務上，卻令人懷疑。
他這一句 With TPP, China does not set the rules
in that region; we do. 有點「去死一死」的味道。

先講外交政策概要
Our foreign policy hast to be focused on the threat
from ISIL and al Qaeda , but it can’t stop there. For even without ISIL, even without al Qaeda , instability will continue for decades in many parts
of the world -- in the Middle East, in Afghanistan, parts of Pakistan, in parts
of Central America, in Africa, and Asia. Some of these places may become safe havens for
new terrorist networks. Others will just
fall victim to ethnic conflict, or famine, feeding the next wave of refugees. The world will look to us to help solve these problems,
and our answer needs to be more than tough talk or calls to carpet-bomb civilians.
That may work as a TV sound bite, but it
doesn’t pass muster on the world stage.
然後講到TPP，提到中國，以及亞洲規則制定者是美國。
That’s how we forged a Trans-Pacific Partnership
to open markets, and protect workers and the environment, and advance American leadership
in Asia. It cuts 18,000 taxes on products
made in America, which will then support more good jobs here in America. With TPP, China does
not set the rules in that region; we do. You want to show our strength in this new century?
Approve this agreement. Give us the tools to enforce it. It's the right thing to do. (Applause.)

Typo in the title: The White House, not Horse
回覆刪除小歐也特別提到二戰後美國所建立的世界秩序正遭受嚴峻挑戰。"二戰後世界秩序" 是小歐任內國會諮詢文演講首次提到的議題。
回覆刪除小歐意有所指點出這挑戰最主要是來自莫斯科與北京。然而，小歐以TPP的形成作為回答說，美國還會繼續主導世界秩序，不是莫斯科或北京。還有，當小歐提到追究目前世界紛爭的性質時，ISIL 是被敘略為用過去千年宗教意識作為當下政治原則，而且非常值得注意的事，北京政權被歸屬以經濟作威脅的性質，但也是被概括在同一段之內。換句話說，在這整篇諮詢文的位置安放，北京與莫斯科是被放在與ISIL同等位觀察的。這與北京所叫囂販賣的建立大國關係是徹底相反的，而且北京對世界的影響僅被小歐框架在經濟層面，軍事上連被提及的份量也沒有。
很顯然地，正視二戰後世界秩序的更新與轉換必定是美國下任總統的一個非常大的任務。這點非常重要，因為事關台澎命運咧！
所以台灣選民不但要堅持本土觀，還須用世界觀取代中華。台灣可說是解決二戰後世界秩序重整，更新，轉換的最重要按鈕啦，這豈是一個無裡頭 "92共識" 小棒棒糖可以解決？
