手腳很快，這是部署「海上絲路」（現已不用「珍珠鏈」一詞，反正名詞也是外國取的）。這修正過的戰略比先前好多了。

《印度時報》等多家印度媒體日前報導指出，繼今年9月後，大陸潛艦編隊「很快」將再次停靠斯里蘭卡港口，其中包括一艘核潛艦。印度就此向斯里蘭卡表示了不滿。

對此，大陸國防部一名官員表示，海軍艦艇在海外港口進行休整補給，是世界各國海軍的通行做法。大陸海軍一艘常規潛艦在亞丁灣、索馬里海域執行護航任務，期間在斯里蘭卡進行技術性停靠。
