台灣似乎以Republic of China 名義加入的ICAO,這是美國政府支持的名義嗎?台中清泉崗機場的ICAO代碼RCMQ,第一碼是區域碼,R是代表亞洲太平洋地區,使用這一碼的國家有台灣,日本,南韓及菲律賓;第二碼為國家,台灣是C,日本是J,韓國是K,菲律賓則是P.而第三碼及第四碼則是機場名,MQ是中部機場清泉崗的前二碼。 Republic of China (Taiwan)

回覆刪除我是知道機票的運務,是 IATA 管理的。
但基於下理由我懷疑是「有意義參與 ICAO 的影響」。
1. IATA 與 ICAO 總部都位於加拿大魁北克
2. 以前似乎未曾發生,而是這一年來才出現(正好與中華台北有意義參與 ICAO時間「巧合」)
實際上,中華台北是「政權的名稱」,較接近政治意涵。而台灣就是台灣,是地理名稱。
旅客來到「台灣「」還是來到「中華台北」,會比較自然?
所以說,不尋常。
