There has been talk of a “peace plan” – not a “victory plan” – by Trump regarding Ukraine. The supposed terms include:

1. Recognizing Ukraine’s territorial losses, was effectively a Ukrainian defeat.
2. A 20-year commitment by Ukraine not to join NATO – again, a loss for Ukraine.

In both cases, Ukraine would lose, so there’s no balance to this so-called "plan." I believe this is likely misinformation from Russia or China.

For a true "deal", both sides must experience a balanced mix of gains and concessions.  If a viable compromise were to be considered, it might look more like this:

1. Recognizing Ukraine's territorial losses, but designating them as a neutral area jointly managed by NATO and Russia.
2. Allowing Ukraine to join NATO to prevent future disputes.

This one-win, one-loss framework would at least resemble a "deal" worth considering.  Therefore, when proposing terms that are tough for both sides to accept, asserting, "Washington’s military presence in Europe is considerable is critical."

Under pressure for both parties, the correct mediation tactic is to use time to wear down the opponent – a strategy that avoids the mistake of prematurely revealing one’s urgency or bottom line, as Taiwan’s former President Ma Ying-jeou did.

Another question arises: would China dare to act in such a moment? And North Korea?

近日有消息說川普對烏克蘭有個「和平」計劃（而不是「勝利」計劃），我判斷是俄羅斯與中國網軍的假消息。因為其內容是
1.  承認烏克蘭的失土---烏克蘭輸
2.  烏克蘭承諾20年不加入北約---烏克蘭輸
怎樣都是烏克蘭輸，哪有這種調停？

即使要，也必須加上條件，成為：
1.  承認烏克蘭的（部份）失土屬於俄羅斯，但必須作為北約與俄羅斯共管的中立地區
2.  烏克蘭加入北約---防止未來爭端

一得一失＋一失一得，才有「交易」可言，必須在提出兩邊都難以接受的條件時加上一句：「華府在歐洲的軍事部署規模可觀。」
在此雙方都痛的情況下，壓迫對方時間就是正確的調停技巧，而不是馬英九單方面暴露（自己很急的）談判底線了。另一問題：中國此時敢動嗎？朝鮮呢？

美國前總統川普將再次入主白宮主政，外界最關心的莫過於他對俄烏及中東戰爭的態度。美國《華盛頓郵報》證實，據知情人士透露，川普已於7日和俄羅斯總統普丁通過電話，在談話中提及俄烏戰爭中的「領土問題」，也提醒普丁美國在歐洲「部署了大量軍力」。

《華盛頓郵報》獨家報導，知情人士透露，美國總統當選人川普7日在他位於佛羅里達州的海湖俱樂部（Mar-a-Lago），與俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin）進行通話。他在電話裡，建議普丁避免讓俄烏戰爭升級，還強調了華府在歐洲的軍事部署「規模可觀」。

知情人士表示，川普還在談話中，簡單地提及關於「領土」的問題，並表達對歐洲和平的期待，希望能進行後續對話，以「盡快解決烏克蘭戰爭」。川普的代表並未回覆置評請求。

川普在競選期間，曾表示他將在「1天之內」終結這場戰爭，雖然他並未詳細說明具體方法，但有消息傳出，川普私下認為，可以考慮達成讓俄羅斯保留部分占領區的協議。

川普6日也曾與烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskyy）通話，其中還讓馬斯克參與。知情人士透露，烏克蘭官員知道川普與普丁的通話內容，並未表示異議，烏克蘭也早就已知道川普將與普丁進行外交接觸，以讓俄烏戰爭和平落幕。
