無能裝有勇 日本政府警告在台日商自求多福

The Japanese government’s gotten way too comfortable having free lunch. With the Self-Defense Forces’ capabilities, thinking they could take on the PLA alone is pure fantasy. So, they just hide behind the U.S. military, acting all high and mighty.
If the CCP invades Taiwan, Japan’s southwest islands will inevitably become a battlefield due to their proximity—hardly a case of “getting dragged in.” And because of the U.S.-Japan alliance, Japanese soil would also face direct attacks of PLA. This isn’t something they can just shrug off as “not their problem.”
Even more serious, Japan’s government has already shown through evacuation drills in Okinawa that they’re completely incapable of evacuating their own people. So what do they do? They dodge responsibility by scaring Japanese businesses in Taiwan with excuses like, “Japan has no diplomatic ties with Taiwan, so we can’t help with evacuations.” What a spineless country.
Let’s take it a step further: if the CCP attacks Japanese soil and Japan and China become enemies, how exactly is the Japanese government going to negotiate with Beijing to evacuate Japanese citizens from China? Or would they just surrender outright?
Aside from former Prime Minister Abe, who actually spoke the truth, Japan’s government officials are nothing but a bunch of liars.

日本政府真是搭便車程習慣了。以日本的自衛隊實力要獨自應付解放軍，實在是作夢。於是只能躲在美軍背後作威作福。
中共侵台，日本西南群島必然因距離因素淪為戰場而不待所謂的「捲入」，同時日本國土也必然因美日同盟而遭受直接攻擊，這也不是「事不關己」。

更嚴肅的是，日本政府在沖繩實施的撤僑兵推已經證實自己無能量撤僑，於是日本政府換個說詞恐嚇在台日本企業：日本與台灣無外交關係所以無法撤僑來撇清責任。真是孬種的國家。
我們進一步再問：假使中共攻擊日本國土，日中成為敵對國家，日本政府要如何與中共政府協商撤離在中國的日僑？或者就直接投降？
除了安倍前首相說真話之外，日本政府官員真是騙子成群。

近年來兩岸局勢不斷升溫，更有不少軍事專家評估中國將採取武力強行侵台。針對台灣可能爆發戰爭危機，傳出日本政府警告在台日商要「自求多福」，若在台灣有過多資產，需要自行承擔風險。對此，有日商透露這變相在限縮對台灣的投資意願，因為有意投資的日商清楚，若兩岸真的開打，有可能不會受到日本政府的撤離協助。

這則消息源自《金融時報・Financial Times》報導，當中提到日本官員近年來多次向在台日商給予警告，若中國發動戰爭侵略台灣，到時日本政府無法保障相關企業的撤離行動。更有一位企業主管表示，官員直言就是要大家「自求多福」，如果在台灣有大量資產，要自行承擔風險。

報導分析，日本官員們的警告可能與憲政體制有關。依《日本國憲法》其中的第九條，俗稱的《和平憲法》規定，自衛隊除非經過政府同意，否則不得在海外執行任務。一位官員表示，日本與台灣並無外交關係，加上中國強硬的立場，幾乎篤定不會同意日本進行撤離作業。

對此，日商透露這變相是讓企業限縮對台灣的投資，因為有意投資的日商清楚，若兩岸真的開打，有可能不會受到日本政府的撤離協助，形成投資寒蟬效應。一位美國官員指出，近幾年相較美國資本大量進入台灣，反觀日本企業的投資幾乎陷入停滯，這正是日本政府警告的最好證明。
