The so-called Wall Street Apes is an account on the X platform, not the Wall Street Journal.
Recent ethnic riots in LA, as expected, have been exploited by political groups as a source of political capital. These events are never straightforward—public outrage alone can’t scale them up. There are always intermediary organizations guiding and funding them. Wall Street Apes reported that California Assemblyman Carl DeMaio accused certain groups of not just funding but actively leading the riots, with backing from political party funds. Some reports even point to involvement of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) money. Given the CCP’s expansionist nature and Xi Jinping’s aim to counter Trump, this isn’t surprising.
Trump, Musk, and others are well-versed in the tactics and impact of Cambridge Analytica-style operations. Seeing the LA riots escalate while the governor and mayor, adhering to “sanctuary state” policies, show no intent to quell the unrest, Trump invoked the Insurrection Act to deploy the National Guard and federal Marines to protect federal assets and personnel. Hundreds of illegal immigrants have already been arrested, proving, in their view, that illegal immigration is indeed a harm to America.
Governor Newsom filed for an emergency injunction with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against Trump’s order to deploy the National Guard. On June 12, the court granted the injunction, citing that the situation did not constitute an insurrection and lacked the governor’s consent. Trump has one day to appeal. If the riots are quelled, Trump can claim credit; if they persist, he will argue the governor delayed action. Here, Trump still holds the advantage.

像近日LA這種族群暴動，政治團體毫無意外的視為政治養分的來源，從而，事件從來不單純—單靠人民的義憤填膺，無法放大規模，必然有中間組織在導引與資助。Wall Street Apes報導加州眾議員Carl DeMaio指責有些組織不僅是資助而已，實際上在領導暴動，且有政黨資金。部份報導，指出有中共資金介入。鑑於中共擴張本質與習近平牽制川普的目的，這也不奇怪。
川普、馬斯克等人，非常熟稔類似劍橋分析的效果與模式，因此在眼見LA暴動情勢擴大而州長與市長皆執行「庇護州政策」sanctuary state policies無意願平亂，遂引用〈叛亂法〉調度國民兵與聯邦的海軍陸戰隊，保護聯邦資產與公務員，並已經逮捕數百名非法移民，此舉證明非法移民的確是美國之害。
加州州長Gavin Newsom是呼聲最高的下任民主黨總統候選人，其與川普總統唱反調，不僅基於黨派觀點不同，更是下駟對上駟的絕佳機會。
州長對川普派遣國民兵的命令向北加州聯邦地區法院the United States District Court for the Northern District of California聲請緊急禁制令。法院6/12批准禁制令聲請之裁決。裁決理由是程度未達叛亂、州長未同意等，但川普仍有一天時間可上訴。若暴亂因此平息，川普可以居功，若暴亂持續，川普會主張州長延宕時機。此處，川普仍佔有天時。
