雖說，中國與美國達成大買黃豆的協議。但是，「結構性改革」與「觀其行」（說到做到），仍是美國與中國交往的操作標準。戰略底線當然是「公平競爭」。

華為，都還沒被拉上檯面。

北京（還有台灣一些外交系教授）仍然以為「川普是生意人，好搞」，所以將川普的表現視為「極限施壓」一種談判手段而已。

中國必然做不到，也必然失信。
